Our history
In 2017, I decided to embrace a life philosophy that became my passion: helping people who come from Latin American countries in search of a better life, and to this day, I continue to live this beautiful mission.
Back then, I worked as a taxi driver to make a daily living. Every morning, I got behind the wheel with the determination to listen to and understand the stories of each person who shared the journey with me. Sadly, I noticed that most of them were unemployed and facing significant challenges in their job search.
Driven by the desire to make a difference, I decided to approach companies on behalf of those dreamers I transported in my taxi. It was during one of my ventures that I came across an office furniture installation company. By chance, I had the opportunity to speak directly with the owner, and to my surprise and joy, he turned out to be a compassionate Mexican.
With enthusiasm, I asked him if he needed personnel to work in his company, and with a smile, he responded affirmatively. He also offered me a compensation of 1 USD for every person I brought to work with him. While it might seem like a modest sum to some, for me, it meant much more: it was the opportunity to do what I loved and get paid for it.
I accepted his generous offer with gratitude and determination, knowing that every earned dollar would be a step closer to realizing my dreams and improving the lives of those who trusted me. I became the link between job seekers and companies, creating meaningful connections and extraordinary job opportunities.
Over time, the time came to open my own office in Pleasantdale, GA. Although people were not very keen on paying for transportation to work, I continued with determination. I faced many challenges and made sacrifices, but I persevered.
The company that gave me the first opportunity to recruit workers was OJ Installations. Although I didn’t know much about running a staffing business, I worked hard. I would find people on street corners while working as a taxi driver and slept only two hours a day.
The story of my life and my commitment to helping others has become a source of inspiration for everyone around me. Despite difficulties and challenges, I have proven that even from a profession like taxi driving, a significant difference can be made in the lives of others. I have learned that true value is not found in the amount of money we earn, but in the positive impact we leave on the world and the lives we touch.
May my story continue to inspire everyone to follow my example, to seek opportunities to make a difference, and to remember that every small act of kindness can sow the seeds of a better future. Together, we can build a world where everyone has the chance to achieve their dreams and find the happiness and success they deserve.
